I had an emergency (of my own making) at about 9pm in one of our rental houses. Water from a leaking pipe above was accumulating in an emergency exit light and I could not be sure I had isolated it because it was still illuminated, powered by the back up battery. I contacted AUM through an emergency contact line and Kishan from AUM arrived within about 30 minutes, dealt with the immediate problem and next day replaced the damaged light. Considering the time of day (night), the amount I paid was reasonable and the work was done to a good standard. This was the first time I have had to resort to an emergency call out and I was very pleased to have had Kishan's expertise in a difficult situation. Thank you Kishan and AUM.
